Voice 24 Telephone Banking offers our customers a free and convenient service to check account balances and verify amounts of checks that have cleared, perform transfers between accounts, re-order checks and check on current interest rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Voice 24 is also available in English and Spanish.
Enrolling is easy! Simply call into (309) 457-6294 or toll-free (877) 457-6294 and enter the last four digits of your social security number and then select a secure PIN (Personal Identification Number) to use each time you call into the system.
